Craving for a burger but worried about your diet? It's time to go for this guilt-free burger alternative that tastes just like the real ones. Made of vegetables and nuts, Burgeraw is an uncooked, unprocessed burger variant which does not even use buns. Fancy a bite? Try out this easy recipe. 

Ingredients
Half of a cabbage
2 carrots
1 onion
1/2 cup cashew mayonnaise
1/2 cup raw tomato ketchup
1/2 cup cashew nuts
2 tsp cumin powder
Few bird's eye chilies
Pink salt, as required
1 golden zucchini
A handful of cherry tomatoes

Preparation
For the patty
Grate the carrots and set aside
Powder the cashew nuts
Add 2 tbsp cashew powder to the grated carrots
Add cumin powder
Chop bird's eye chilies and add it to the patty mix
Add pink salt
Mix it well, add cashew powder as required
Make it into a ball and press with hands to make it into the patty

For the burger
Slice a large pieces from a iceberg lettuce
Apply some mayonnaise
Place two slices of tomato on it
Spread some ketchup on top of it
Place a slice of onion over it
Place the patty above the onion
Apply some mayonnaise over the patty
Place another tomato slice on it
Now place another lettuce slice and mayonnaise over it
Place a cherry tomato on to of it using a toothpick

Sides
Slice golden zucchini into thin long pieces
Squeeze half a lemon into a bowl
Add some salt
Mix the zucchini slices with it
Serve the burgeraw along with zucchini slices, mayonnaise and ketchup
