Ingredients
500 ml milk
250 ml cream
¾ cup condensed milk
20 gms gelatin/ China grass
¼ cup water
1 tsp vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Nuts to garnish
Preparation
Soak the gelatin/China grass in some water
Mix the milk, cream and condensed milk and heat them up
However, make sure that this mixture doesn't boil
Turn off the flame and add in the soaked gelatin
In case you are using China grass, melt it first in the double boiling method and then add
Now add the vanilla essence and salt
Pour this into pudding moulds or tray
Keep it in the fridge for 4-5 hours to set
Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
