Crunchy cabbage pakoda

Hot and crunchy cabbage pokadas are the perfect snack to go with your evening tea. Here is the pretty simple recipe of cabbage pakoda.

Ingredients
2 cups cabbage
Half onion
3 green chillies
1 small piece of ginger
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
¼ tsp chat masala
½ cup gram flour
2 tbsp pathiri powder
Salt as required
Water as required
Oil to fry

Preparation
Prepare the batter by mixing onion, green chillies, ginger, chilli powder, chat masala, gram flour, pathiri powder and salt in water as required
Dip the cabbage pieces in the batter 
Fry in hot oil
Enjoy the cabbage pakodas with tomato ketchup.
