Samosa is an iconic Indian snack that is usually made with delicious fillings. Treat your guests with this super delicious chicken samosa that can be cooked pretty easily. Check out the recipe of chicken samosa.

Ingredients
500 gms chicken
½ tsp + ½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp green chillies (chopped)
300 ml oil
1 tbsp + 2 tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp all purpose flour
½ tsp + ½ tsp pepper powder
2 onions
1 sprig curry leaves
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger (chopped)
½ tsp garam masala
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Samosa sheets
Salt as required
Water as required

Preparation
Heat coconut oil in a pan
Add the chicken pieces
Add turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt
Mix well
Cook the chicken
After the chicken pieces have cooled down completely, crush them in a mixer jar
Keep it aside to be used later
Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté onions and curry leaves
Add the ginger, garlic and green chillies
Sauté well
Into it add chilli powder, coriander powder, and turmeric powder and garam masala
Sauté until the raw smell of the powders are gone
Add the crushed chicken mix as well
Now add the tomato sauce
Give everything a good mix
Allow this chicken filling to cool down
Take a samosa sheet and fold it into cone shape
Fill it with the chicken mixture
Make a paste by mixing all purpose flour with water
Secure the edges of the samosa cones using the all purpose flour paste
Deep fry the samosas in hot oil until all the sides are nice and golden in colour
Take out the samosas and put them on paper towels to remove excess oil
Enjoy the chicken samosa with tomato ketchup.
