Restaurant-style vegetable fried rice

It is pretty easy to prepare restaurant-style vegetable fried rice at home with leftover rice. Check out this recipe.
Ingredients
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp garlic (chopped)
1 tsp spring onion (chopped)
1 cup carrot
1 cup bell pepper
1 cup cabbage
1 cup beans
½ tsp pepper powder
2-3 green chillies
½ tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Preparation
Heat oil in a kadai or pan and sauté garlic and spring onion
Add carrot, bell pepper, cabbage and beans
Sauté well
Into it add salt and pepper powder
Now add the soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato ketchup
Mix everything well while keeping the flame low
Mix some sugar as well
Add the cooked rice and mix all the ingredients
Pour in the lemon juice before taking the fried rice off the heat
Garnish with freshly chopped spring onion.
