Spanish toast is a delicious and filling breakfast that will be enjoyed by the kids and the grownups alike. Here is how to easily prepare the perfect Spanish bread toast.

Ingredients
5 bread slices (toasted in ghee and cut in half)
1 cup gram flour
½ cup corn flour
2 potatoes (boiled and peeled)
1 tomato
Salt as required
10 green chillies 
1 piece ginger
1 onion (finely chopped)
10 garlic cloves
Coconut oil as required

Preparation
Grind ginger, green chillies, garlic, salt, boiled potatoes and tomato in mixer jar
Into this paste add corn flour and gram flour
Mix well. This is the Spanish paste
Heat oil in a frying pan (there should be enough oil to dip the bread slices)
Dip the toasted bread slices in the Spanish paste 
Sprinkle chopped onion on both the sides
Deep fry these coated toasts in hot oil
Cook both sides by flipping the bread slices.
