This unique Malabari dish is spicy and delicious. The masala egg fry can be enjoyed as a snack with hot tea or coffee.

Ingredients
5 eggs
Water as required
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
¼ tsp garam masala
Salt as required
1 bunch curry leaves

Preparation
Boil the eggs with water as required
Remove the shell and score the eggs
Heat coconut oil in a pan 
Add Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and curry leaves
Sauté on low flame
Add the scored eggs as well
Close the pan using a lid and shake it until the eggs are well coated in the masala
Roast the eggs on medium flame.
