The simplest of veggie salads needs the barest minimum of ingredients, but nothing can beat the freshness they bring to the palate.
Ingredients
2 bowls of assorted crunchy veggies, sliced thin and long (carrot, cabbage, bell pepper)
Salt, as required
Crushed pepper, as required
Juice of half a lemon/apple cider vinegar
A light drizzle of olive oil
Preparation
Mix up all the veggies
Add enough salt and pepper
Squeeze in the lemon juice and drizzle olive oil
