Keralites love having rice with crumbled pappadam in it. Delicious curry, with thick gravy, too can be made using crunchy pappad. It can be prepared in a jiffy and is an ideal dish to be packed for lunch to school or office. Check out this easy recipe of pappad curry.

Ingredients
2 pappads
Half coconut (grated)
1 tsp mustard seeds
Bunch of curry leaves
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp cumin
Turmeric powder as required
1 tsp chilli powder

Preparation
Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Into it add the pappads cut into small pieces.
Grind the grated coconut, cumin and turmeric powder into fine paste.
Add the coconut paste before the pappads get burned.
Now add the chilli powder and salt and water as required.
Take the pappad curry off the flame after it has boiled for a while.
