The pop-up, curated by chef Simy Mathews, is on from 12.30 pm to 3 pm, and 7 pm t 11 pm on these days and offers a handful of interesting dishes. The dinner consists of two appetizers of vegetarian and non-vegetarian Mezze platters, five main course dishes such as New York street cart style chicken and rice, and the dessert Muhallabia with pomegranate coulis.

Simy, who hails from Thiruvananthapuram, is a New Zealand citizen and works in Belgrade and Dubai. The pop-up specialist has conducted similar events in many other countries as well. She has also hosted many cooking shows and reality cookery programmes in India and Dubai.
