He arranges hot idlis, sambar and coconut chutney in a huge hot box and carries it around the streets of Lucknow on his bike. A set of two idlis with sambar and chutney costs just Rs 30. You could have an extra idli by paying Rs 40. Those who are rushing to offices often stop the vendor to enjoy hot idlis that are soaked in flavoursome sambar.
