Eggs
Eggs are an amazing source of protein and amino acids. So, it is important to eat at least one egg a day. Egg whites are rich in protein. It is also filled with good cholesterol. Vegetarians can replace eggs with sprout grains.
Almonds
Almonds contain omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin E. It boosts the collagen which gives a healthy glow to the skin. Almond is a wonderful food that helps you retain your youth forever. You could include 6-10 almonds in your daily diet.
Ethapazham or big banana
Filled with potassium, big bananas could be eaten in the morning for your daily dose of energy. Besides, it helps in digestion as well. It is often said that having big bananas daily would help you put on weight. However, it is possible only if you have 2-3 bananas a day. You could have a big banana, sprinkled with some pepper powder, on an empty stomach in the morning. Steamed bananas too could be included in the diet.
