Coconut macarons are super delicious and easy to prepare. They can be stored up to four days in air-tight containers. Check out the recipe for tasty coconut macarons.

Ingredients
2 egg whites
100 gm sugar
150 gm desiccated coconut
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
75 gm dark chocolate (optional)

Preparation
Preheat the oven at 160 degree Celsius (fan assisted)/180 degree Celsius (conventional)
Spread a sheet of baking paper in a tray and grease it with some butter (your could also use grease proof parchment paper)
In a bowl take the egg whites, sugar, desiccated coconut, salt, corn flour and vanilla essence
Mix well
Scoop small balls from this batter and press into patties on your palms
Place them on the baking tray
You could make 8-10 macarons using these measurements
Bake in the pre heated oven for 12-15 minutes
The macarons would then turn crunchy and golden in colour
Melt the dark chocolate and sprinkle over the macarons
Delicious coconut macarons are ready!
