The Association of Malayalam Movie Artists (AMMA) has offered moral and legal support to actor Honey Rose who has filed a complaint against Boby Chemmanur, accusing him of making repeated sexually inappropriate remarks that demeaned womanhood.
The Women In Cinema Collective (WCC) also expressed their solidarity with the actor by sharing her post on Instagram.

In her complaint, Rose highlighted sexual harassment she faced during the inauguration of Chemmanur's jewellery store in Alakode, Kannur, on August 7. She further detailed the difficulties she encountered on various platforms following the incident.
