The much-awaited teaser for Salman Khan's next film, 'Sikandar', has been postponed from its initial release date of December 27, coinciding with the superstar's 59th birthday. The decision was taken as a mark of respect following the passing of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on December 26.

In an official statement, the makers announced, "In light of the passing of our esteemed former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Ji, we regret to announce that the release of the Sikandar teaser has been postponed to 28th December at 11:07 AM."
The Central government has declared seven days of national mourning to honour the legacy of the former Prime Minister, who passed away at the age of 92. This sombre occasion prompted the team behind 'Sikandar' to delay their plans as a gesture of respect.

Directed by A.R. Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, 'Sikandar' is shaping up to be a cinematic spectacle. Known for his work in 'Ghajini', Murugadoss brings his signature style to this action-packed thriller. Although the plot remains tightly under wraps, the film promises to deliver a compelling mix of action, drama, and emotion.
The teaser will now premiere online on December 28, a day after Salman’s birthday, building even more anticipation for what’s expected to be a major release.
