Name of Kavya Madhavan's daughter revealed

The much talked about couple in Malayalam film industry, Dileep and Kavya Madhavan, were recently blessed with a baby girl.

The photos of the star parents from the naming ceremony of the baby had recently surfaced online and was viral on social media. Much to the delight of all fans, the name of the little one has been revealed.

According to reports, it was Dileep's elder daughter Meenakshi who suggested the name Mahalakshmi for her half-sister.

Fans will have to wait a little to get a glimpse of Junior Kavya Madhavan as daddy Dileep is concerned about getting the photos of her younger daughter leaked. Reports are rife that he had instructed his guests at the ceremony not to take pictures of the little baby and circulate them on social media.

Earlier, Dileep himself took to his official Facebook page to share the news about his second child. Dileep, on the auspicious day of Vijayadashami, had published an FB post saying daughter Meenakshi has got a younger sister. He also added that both Kavya Madhavan and the baby are fine.

Meenakshi is currently in Chennai pursuing her studies for medicine.
