Alliance Française Trivandrum, the exclusive French and cultural centre officially recognised by the French Embassy in Kerala, operates an annex in Cochin, facilitating this collaboration.

During the signing ceremony, the Consul General and Director highlighted the enhanced opportunities for higher education in France and career prospects, particularly within French affiliated enterprises in Kochi.

The event was attended by the Consul General of France in Pondicherry and Chennai, Lise Talbot Barré; Thomas Chaumont, Attaché for Cooperation in French Language for South India; Margot Michaud, Director of Alliance Française Trivandrum; and Karol Toth, Principal of Cochin International School.
Following the event, the French team met with French teachers from Trivandrum and Kochi to discuss opportunities available for French teachers in India and France.
