Thiruvananthapuram: The Department of Education in Kerala will be publishing the results of the SSLC examination in the first week of June. 

The evaluation of the answer papers will take place from May 14 to 29.

Plus-Two results will be published by June 20 and its evaluation will take place from May 5 to June 10. The practical exams will be held from May 28 to May 15 this month.

The SSLC and plus-two exams began in the state on April 8. The exams were postponed to Thursday due to the Legislative Assembly election in the state.

A total of 4.22 lakh students are appearing for the SSLC exam, while 4.46 lakh students are eligible for the Plus-Two exams. 

As the second wave of COVID-19 has likely begun in the state, the exams are conducted with strict safety guidelines.

The schools, which were polling centres, have been disinfected by the local bodies soon after the conclusion of the voting on April 6.

The SSLC or Secondary School Leaving Certificate examination will be on till April 29, whereas the Plus-Two exams will conclude on April 26.
