Each person's perspective varies and that makes the institution of marriage, wherein two individuals join hands to share their lives, unique. India tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi and his wife - Bollywood actor - Lara Dutta have been highly successful in their professional careers and the two have had a rosy married life as well. But the different tastes of the couple were out in the open when Lara used Bhupathi's Wimbledon, French Open, Australian Open and US Open towels to good use – to block floodwater from entering their house in Mumbai! What is more: Lara took to Twitter to spread the news.
Bhupathi, a 12-time doubles and mixed doubles Grand Slam champion, was not amused though. He was quick to point out to Lara in a tweet that the towels were years of his hard work!
Bhupathi married Lara in 2011, a year after divorcing his first wife Shvetha Jaishankar.
