Srishti Kaur, a native of Noida, has been crowned Miss Teen Universe 2017 in a beauty pageant held at the Ruben Dario National Theatre in the Nicaraguan capital of Managua.
Kaur, who was on the list of 'gorgeous Indian gorgeous,' competed with 25 contestants from around the globe.

Other finalists who entered to the Top-3 were Ary Trava from Mexico and Samantha Pierre from Canada.
Kaur also won the best national costume ensemble of India's national bird, the peacock, designed by Devashish Majumdar and Melvyn Noronha.
She is a student of the London School of Fashion.

She had also bagged the Miss Teen Tiara International title this year. This is the first time an Indian is winning the crown. Miss Teen Universe is a beauty pageant for girls aged between 15 and 19.
