The Vikram Vedha actor had always wanted to be an actor and recently when he shared a page of his college year book on his Twitter page, it seemed sort of a predicament. He had written that his dream was to become an actor.
Madhavan who attended a university in Canada 28 years ago wrote on his year book that his ambition was 'to become a rich and famous actor and be jack of all trades and master of some.'
Twitterati had since celebrated this tweet and Madhavan’s page is flooding with messages appreciating the actor who has not only made his mark in South Indian films but also portrayed some amazing roles in Bollywood as well.
Tamil super star Surya commented that Madhavan’s dreams had come absolutely true.
Apparently, an entry into movies was not as easy for the charming actor who has countless female fans. Madhavan pursued a degree in electronics after spending a year at a Canadian university as an exchange student. He was always involved in extra curricular activities and was one of the best NCC cadets in Maharashtra during his college days. He had a stint in modeling too while he attended college in Mumbai.
Madhavan debuted through Mani Ratnam’s Alaipayuthe making him an overnight sensation among youngsters. He later went on to star in some of the highest grossing movies in both Tamil industry and Bollywood including Minnale, Kannathil , Muthamittal, Run, Anpe Sivam, Rang De Basanthi, Ayutha Ezhuthu, 3 Idiots, Vettai, Tanu Weds Manu, Irudhi Sitru, Vikram Vedha among others.
