Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 comes with the most advanced 14nm FinFET technology, which makes the new Xiaomi phone 20 percent more efficient than Redmi Note 3.

The phone sports a 13 MP primary camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera. Redmi Note 4 is powered by a big battery of 4,100 mAh.

The phone comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080x1920 pixels) 2.5D curved glass IPS display with a 401 PPi pixel density.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 started its sale from June 25 through their site and via FIipkart. The base model with 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage is priced Rs 9,999 is not sold via Flipkart. It also offers other two variants - 3GB RAM/32 GB storage and 4 GB RAM/64 GB storage, at Rs 10,999 and Rs 12,999, respectively. The phone is available in gold, grey, and matte black color options.

Specifications

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is a dual-SIM (Micro+Nano) smartphone. It runs on company’s own MIUI 8 operating system based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The phone features a 5.5-inch full-HD curved-glass IPS display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. The screen has a commendable pixel density of 401 PPi (pixel per inch).

Note 4 is powered by a Snapdragon 625 SoC octa-core processor that is clocked at 2.0 GHz. The phone comes with 3GB and 4GB LPDDR3 RAM options.

Note 4 sports a 13MP CMOS sensor at the rear. The rear camera is loaded with features such as phase detection autofocus (PDAF), dual-tone LED flash, a f/2.0 aperture, and a 77-degree wide angle lens. Its 5 MP front-facing camera comes with 85-degree wide angle lens. It comes with a hybrid slot for memory card and supports additional storage of up to 128 GB, but at the cost of second SIM.

As far as connectivity is concerned, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 supports 4G with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/g/b/n, GPS, Micro-USB, Bluetooth v4.1, and Infrared. It also boards various sensors, including accelerometer, ambient light sensor, fingerprint sensor, electronic compass, gyroscope, and proximity sensor, among others.

It is powered by a big 4100mAh battery. The phone measures 151x76x8.35mm (height, width, and thickness), and weighs 165 grams.
