Representational imageKasaragod: The Kasaragod town police have arrested two youths and seized two kg of ganja from them. Muhammed Shihab (25) and Abdul Saleem (23), both hailing from Kasaragod, were trying to smuggle the contraband to Uppala by a car Tuesday night. They were arrested by a team led by SI Renjith Raveendran.

Ganja gets three cheers as bars go dry in Kerala
The ganja was sealed in a plastic cover and kept under the car seat. The accused have been remanded. Earlier in the day, the Kasaragod police had arrested two others and seized 3.43 kg of ganja from them.
