Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Law Academy principal Lekshmi Nair, who is under fire for alleged mismanagement and harassment of students, has said that she would not step down from the post.
She said she would stay away from the administration of the college for a while only if her father, who is the director of the college, asks her to do so.
"The principal post was not a freebie offered to me by anyone. The government has no power to ask me to step down," Nair said in an interview with Manorama News Friday.
