The young leader said that the people’s representative who believes a woman’s development is only limited to her body is an insult to the constituency he represents. Chairperson of the Kerala State Youth Commission, Chintha Jerome, has slammed opposition MLA V T Balram’s comments over communist leader AKG’s marriage.
In a Facebook post, the fiery leader wrote that those elected representatives who think a woman’s development is only restricted to her body.
“To understand the meaning of the phrase ‘Susheela who grew along with the movement’, one should be a human being. Your mind which perceives woman as a mere doll should mature,” wrote Chintha.
The young leader said that the people’s representative who believes a woman’s development is only limited to her body is an insult to the constituency he represents.
Chintha added that the perverts who would only notice the physical growth of women would hardly notice her intellectual faculties and the noble ideals that she upholds.
She concludes her post by saying, “AKG and Susheela continue to live in the people’s hearts, and that itself is the success of their political ideology which is rooted in righteousness.”
