Saritha S Nair, Oommen Chandy and Biju RadhakrishnanThiruvananthapuram: The Solar Commission has recommended action against former chief minister Oommen Chandy, his then cabinet colleagues and political leaders for sexually assaulting prime accused Saritha S Nair on the basis of her letter alone.
Since proceedings are under way against those who are mentioned in her letter under various sections of the IPC and CrPC, others who misbehaved with Saritha too could be booked, says the commission.

Biju Radhakrishnan: Squandered Team Solar company’s Rs 6 crore. Luxurious life with actor Shalu Menon
Shalu Menon (actress): Biju Radhakrishnan gifted a Rs 3-crore house, gold and two cars. Misused the money of clients
Oommen Chandy (ex-CM): Abused her sexually (according to her letter). Sought 10% commission
Aryadan Muhammed (ex-minister): Received Rs 25 lakh to approve renewable energy policy. Abused her sexually several times.
AP Anil Kumar: Received Rs 7 lakh through personal staff Nasarulla. Got involved for the then union minister KC Venugopal. Exploited her several times (at Rose House, Le Meridian, Kerala House)
Adoor Prakash: Sexual abuse, telephone sex, phone calls/SMS, invited her to a Bengaluru hotel
Hibi Eden (MLA): Helped to settle the case. Sexually abused her at MLA Hostel, Ernakulam guest house
KC Venugopal: Raped. Threatened several times, phone calls, SMS sex
Palanimanickam (ex-Union energy minister): Sexual abuse. Received Rs 25 lakh for settling sales tax issue.
N Subramanian (KPCC general secretary): Abused at Trident Hotel.
IG K Padmakumar: Sexual abuse (at Kaloor flat). Online calls, telephone sex.
MR Ajithkumar (former Kochi police commissioner): Telephone sex, SMS, online calls
Vishnunath (ex-MLA): Telephone calls, SMS
Ramesh Chennithala's PA Pratheesh Nair: Introduced Palanimanickam, tried introducing her to P Chidambaram
Jose K Mani (MP): Misbehaved in Delhi. Sexually abused in Delhi
