She does not posses arms, but that didn't stop Kanmani from scoring 9 A+ in the exams. It was just the Maths exam that slightly dented Kanmani's hour of glory.
A student of V.V. High School, Thamarakulam, Kanmani did not allow her disability to hamper her ambitions. The teenager, who learned to write using her feet, is also a painter and singer.
She wants to pursue her higher studies in commerce.
