Chickpeas salad

Chickpeas are loaded with essential nutrients and are light on the stomach as well. You can toss in lots of veggies to pack it with flavours and additional vitamins. Check out how to easily prepare the special chickpeas salad.

Ingredients
1 cup chickpeas (Soaked for 8 hours and cooked with some salt)
1 cup carrot
½ cup pumpkin (diced)
¼ cup beans
¼ cup broccoli
¼ cup bell pepper
Salt as required
Pepper as required
1 tsp mint powder
½ tsp oregano
3 tsp lemon juice

Preparation
Take some water in a pan and boil 
Season the carrot, pumpkin, beans, broccoli and bell pepper
Cook these vegetables over the steam
Now add salt, pepper, mint powder, oregano and lemon juice 
Add the cooked chickpeas as well
Toss the salad and enjoy.
