Shrimp and avocado salad

Toss together these healthy ingredients for a filling meal during the lockdown.

Ingredients
200 gm shrimp or prawn (deveined and cleaned)
50 gm asparagus (washed and blanched)
1 avocado (sliced or diced)
1 orange
20 ml lemon juice
250 gm lettuce iceberg (washed and drained)
10 gm micro greens washed
20 ml olive oil/salad oil
20 gm red cherry tomato
Olives slices
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper Whole 2 Grams
10 gm garlic
10 gm jalapeno

Preparation
Mix olive oil, lemon juice and chopped garlic, salt and pepper and make the emulsion /dressing of same, keep separately
Blanch the shrimps
Scoop out the avocado and cut into wedges or any other cut
Peel orange and cut segments of oranges
Now mix lettuce, orange segments, asparagus, avocado, tomato and shrimps
Pour dressing on top
Garnish with micro greens and lemon wedge.
