Chennai: Tamil actor-cum-producer Vishal, who was Monday suspended by the Tamil Nadu Film Producers Council (TFPC), has decided to take on the suspension legally.
Vishal also announced in a press meet that he will contest the next TFPC election slated for January, 2017.
The TFPC earlier Monday, temporarily suspending Vishal after the council found the explanation given by the actor, regarding his interview to a leading weekly magazine where he allegedly spoke ill about the council, unsatisfactory.
The TFPC added that the actor was given enough time to come up with a proper explanation.
