Tovino ThomasActor Tovino Thomas is on a roll! The Guppy actor will soon be making his Tamil debut with a movie helmed by cinematographer-turned-filmmaker B R Vijayalakshmi.
The yet to be titled film is reportedly based on a true incident that happened in Brazil which will see Tovino playing an intense character.
Director BR Vijayalakshmi, known as Asia's first woman cinematographer, has worked in 22 feature films including movies like Chinna Veedu, Mallu Vetti Minor, Kottai Vaasal, Decemeber 31 etc. She has also written the script for the Malayalam movie Daddy, which had Arvind Swamy in the lead.
Currently, Tovino is awaiting the release of Oru Mexican Aparatha and Godha.
