Shamili is all set for her Malayalam movie Valliyum thetti pulliyum Thetti opposite to our very dear chocolate hero Kunchacko Boban which is hitting the screens Thursday.
Much before Shamili signed for the movie, the National Award winner had an amazing makeover through a photoshoot by none other than her brother-in-law 'Thala' Ajith!
The actress is making her re-entry into films with two Tamil films and one Malayalam film.
Baby Shamili is known for her critically acclaimed performance as the mentally challenged child in the 1990 film Anjali. The role fetched her the National Film Award for Best Child Artist. Later, the 1992 film Malootty too won accolades and brought home a Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist for portraying the role of a child trapped inside a borewell.
In a recent interview, Shamili revealed how Ajith grew passionate about photography. "Media has been publicizing my brother-in-law's passion for photography these days. Actually, cinematographer Aravindhan gifted him a camera during the shooting of Dheena. Since then, photography has become his hobby. Recently, he beautifully captured our 90-year-old relative as well.''
Though Ajith was initially not okay with me taking up acting, he wholeheartedly supported me when I decided to go ahead. And yes, he did a photoshoot too,” Shamili says.
The photos of Shamili had gone viral soon after it surfaced online.
