Superstar Mohanlal too has no way out from online pirates. His latest flick Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol has been uploaded on the Internet with links being available on some Tamil websites, Manorama News reported.
Those who downloaded the film are under observation, said Kerala police Cyberdome.
The movie, directed by Jibu Jacob, had reaped success in the box office after a good run in Kerala. Mohanlal played the lead role of Ulahannan, a panchayath secretary, and actress Meena played his wife Annie.
Mollywood has been waging a war against piracy for so long but has not been able to control the issue.
