Dulquer Salmaan is on a roll these days. After winning the State Award for his previous movie Charlie, the actor has set new records with his latest outing Kali.
Going by the box office reports, the Sameer Thahir directorial Kali has registered a terrific opening at the box office. The film has had a fantastic opening everywhere and is all set to become the biggest opener of 2016. Crossing about Rs 1 crore, the film opened to 80 per cent collection not only in multiplexes, but also at single-screen cinemas in Kerala.

Kali initially released with 110 first shows all over Kerala, but due to an unprecedented rush and audience's demand, had to increase the number of screenings from the matinee show onwards.

Earlier, Kali trailer too had created record by becoming the first Mollywood trailer to have reached 2 Million views within 10 days.
