Adil and Pearle - the names go together like bread and butter among TV audiences. The adorable mini-screen pair, who hosts Mazhavil Manorama's dance reality show D4 Dance, has won the hearts of Malayalees across regions with their gift of the gab and on-screen chemistry.
Apparently, that indescribable spark between Adil and Pearle caught the sight of a known name in the Malayalam filmdom. And now the babe magnet and the curly beauty will be seen romancing each other on the big screen. Yes, you heard it right. Adil and Pearle will be playing the lead roles in upcoming Malayalam movie 'Kappirithuruth' by Zaheer Ali.
The movie, which will be set in the quaint town of Fort Kochi, will unfold the love story of a Mattancherry-based singer and a Jewish girl, with some historical undertones.
The film will be produced by Ahemad Palaparambil, Awar Kottakal and Abubacker Idappally under the banner of Twenty-Twenty movie International. Actor Sidhique will also be seen in a pivotal role.
An announcement ceremony of the movie was recently held in Kochi in the presence of Shaji N. Karun and K.G. George, among a host of other artistes.
