Train service reinstated in Vadakkancherry: Details

The railway track at Thrissur's Akamala near Vadakkancherry has been cleared after train services were disrupted for a few hours due to a landslide on Tuesday morning. The track experienced waterlogging as well and the services between Shornur and Thrissur were affected. Authorities informed that the service to either side has been reinstated and Island Express to Thiruvananthapuram has started service from Cheruthuruthy. 
Meanwhile, some of the trains will be short-terminated due to heavy rains in various parts of Kerala. Here are the details:
1) Train No. 12081 Kannur - Thiruvananthapuram Central Janshatabdi Express will be short-terminated at Shoranur Jn. on 30.7.24. 
2) Train No. 16308 Kannur - Alappuzha Intercity Express will be short terminated at Shoranur on 30.7.24.
3) Train No. 16649 Mangaluru Central - Kanyakumari Parasuram Express will be short-terminated at Shoranur on 30.7.24.
4) Train No. 16326 Kottayam - Nilambur Road Express will be short-terminated at Angamali on 30.7.24.

5) Train No. 12075 Kozhikode - Thiruvananthapuram Central Janshatabdi Express will commence service from Ernakulam Jn. instead of Kozhikode on 30.7.24.
6) Train No. 16650 Kanyakumari - Mangaluru Central Parasuram Express will commence service from Shoranur Jn. on 30.7.24.
7) Train No. 16325 Nilambur Road - Kottayam Express will commence service from Angamali on 30.7.24.
8) Train No. 16301 Shoranur  - Thiruvananthapuram Central Venad Express will commence service from Chalakkudy instead of Shoranur Jn. on 30.7.24.
9) Train No. 16307 Alappuzha - Kannur will commence service from Shoranur instead of Alappuzha on 30.7.24.
10) Train No. 16792 Palakkad - Tirunelveli  Palaruvi Express will commence service from Aluva instead of Palakkad on 30.7.24Changes in return journey stations
