Illustration for representation only.Kochi: Kerala police have arrested 11 people who were part of an alleged Satan cult that sexually abused a Plus One student for years.
The incident came to light when the victim spoke about it during a counseling session at her school. The minor girl, in her statement to the Childline committee, said that she was being abused since class VIII. Police are searching for two more culprits.
It is not clear how many people abused the girl. She said the abuse has been continuing for years and even six months ago, she was drugged and abused at a secret location in Fort Kochi.
Police may seek the custody of a Sunday school teacher who has already been remanded in the case.
One of the 11 arrested is a juvenile.
