Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala State Human Rights Commission on Wednesday sought an explanation from a television channel after actor Urvashi allegedly misbehaved during a show.
According to a complaint made to the rights commission, the popular Malayalam actor got angry and used foul language while anchoring a program about couples involved in marital disputes.
Commission's acting chairman P. Mohandas has asked Legal Services Authority and managing director of the television channel to file a report on the issue.
The rights commission has asked both the actor and the TV channel to submit their explanations within one month.
