Kozhikode: Air India Express, the low-cost arm of Air India, will launch daily flight services between Thiruvananthapuram and Kozhikode on January 16.
Flight IX 373 will take off from Thiruvananthapuram at 7.00am daily and reach Kozhikode at 7.55am.
The flight will return as IX 374 from Kozhikode at 10.50 pm to reach the state capital at 11.45pm.
The one-way base fare starts from Rs 2,300.
The flight from Thiruvananthapuram will proceed to Doha after reaching Kozhikode. Therefore, the service will benefit not only the domestic passengers but Non-resident Keralites also, a senior official of Air India said.
The airline will provide free meals and snacks to passengers. The passengers will also be able to book food online, he added.
