Pulsar SuniEvolutionists argue that memory creates man and gives him a name and a dispensation. But nobody ever thought that memory cards would do the same. As things go now, the police searched lake bottoms and river beds, wardrobes and washrooms to find a memory card, which purportedly contains the photos of a young actress, kidnapped and assaulted by professional kidnapper Pulsar Suni.
If some fishermen get the card, like in mythologies, they should hand it over to the police. But fishermen, unlike actors, live by a code of conduct and seldom consume what is meant for others. So, the card would be safe in their hands.
And, if the card is in Kavya Madhavan's shop, as per Suni's latest revelation, we should conclude that the police are very poor at finding things out, especially things in need. But, why are they not recreating a card, as they did in the Paul Muthoot murder? The police managed to create an S-knife then. Probably, the police do not have the photos to insert in the card.
And not to forget, the one brand, which got a boost with the Paul Muthoot murder, was not Muthoot but Ford Endeavour, the vehicle in which the businessman was traveling with an elusive woman. We still don't know who that was. Some even say it was screen diva Sreedevi. Imagination can go wild, you see. And the police will not tell us the woman's name. It is a state secret. God knows which memory card brand is going to reap the benefits now. And if you are hearing a bit too much of Kavya Madhavan's online boutique Laksyah, another brand, it can only be coincidence.
As the police go to every place, as per Suni's whims, looking for the memory card, are we reminded of some Dileep films – those slapstick ones where the protagonist-thief takes the police for a ride through Kochi?
Now that Suni is directing the police, and an additional director-general of police was directing Nadhirshah ahead of his and Dileep's questioning, does the memory card really matter? The memory card matters because it contains the photographs of a hapless woman who was returning home after work. I am sure her family wants it because it contains their daughter's traumatic photos. I would want it because my wife, sister and many girl friends go to work each day. How can I be sure that they are not Pulsar's next ride?
