Monichan’s brand new house stands regally on a 40 cents plot that lies in two levels, in the middle of a rubber orchard at Palamattam in Changanassery. Soil was removed from the top to level the ground so that the elevation would have a majestic look.

Streaks of sun light that enter through the jail partition enhanced with beautiful CNC cut works perfectly illuminate the pebble courtyard. The stair way and the prayer area, designed using MS and glass, are eye catching features of the interiors. The prayer area has been separated by arranging it a few inches above the ground level.
A drawing room, family living area, courtyard, stair area, dining space, kitchen, prayer area and two bedrooms are arranged in the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms each in both the floors. One could enter the courtyard from the master bedroom in the ground storey. A classy wooden deck too is part of the courtyard.
The stairway leads to the upper living area. One could easily catch a view of the courtyard from here. The bedrooms are designed by following the theme of minimalism.
The two bedrooms in the upper storey are right above the ones in the ground floor. One of the bedrooms in the upper storey opens to the balcony from where one can enjoy the beautiful landscape.
Nano white and timber are used to furnish the kitchen. A breakfast counter too has been arranged in the dining cum kitchen.
