Thiruvananthapuram: By March, the process of tax collection from public and mutation of property will go fully online in all villages in the state, governor P Sathasivam said in his policy address in the assembly.
All the certificates issued by village officers will be in digital form and linked to the digital locker too. A special legislation will be brought out to ensure minimum wages to the teachers working in private unaided schools, he said in his address.

3D map to predict disasters
The governor also announced the setting up of a 3D map to analyse the possibility of dangers along the Kerala coast and map zones that are vulnerable to natural disasters in the wave of the destruction caused by the Ockhi cyclone.
To aid fishermen, a satellite-based navigation and weather forecast system will be set up with the help of ISRO.
