Oats-egg dosa

Oats are a storehouse of all the essential nutrients which provide abundant supply of proteins required for the healthy functioning of the human body. Here is a recipe to kick start your day on a healthy note.

Ingredients
2 cups dosa batter
1 cup oats 
3 eggs
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely diced)
3 green chillies (finely chopped)
2 tbsp ghee

Preparation
Into the risen dosa batter, add oats and salt
Keep it aside for at least 2 hours
Beat the eggs with chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes, and salt
Dab some ghee on a hot tawa
Pour some oats-dosa batter and spread
Pour a tea spoon full of beaten eggs over it
Cook with lid on
Sprinkle some ghee on top 
Flip the dosa and cook well
Serve hot with coriander chutney.
