Ingredients
1 cup drumstick flesh
¾ cup grated coconut
½ cup shallots/ onions (finely chopped)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
3 sprigs curry leaves
2 garlic cloves
Oil, mustard seeds and salt as required
Preparation
Scoop out the flesh from the drumstick (you could also scrape off the skin and then cut into small pieces)
Mix grated coconut, shallots, green chilies, curry leaves, garlic, turmeric powder and salt
Add this into the drumstick flesh
Mix well
Heat oil in a pan
Splutter mustard seeds
Add the drumstick – coconut mixture
Add salt as required
Cook well.
