Ingredients
¼ cup millet
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 dates
2 pinches cardamom powder
Apples as required
Pomegranate seeds as required
Preparation
Grind the millet into fine powder in a mixer jar
Add some water into it and blend well
Pass this through a sieve
Cook the millet mix with water as required
Add milk and dates paste as well
When this mixture begins to thicken up, add the cardamom powder
Mix well
After the drink has cooled down, add the apples and pomegranate seeds
Enjoy the delicious millet drink.
