Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
For pizza topping
2 cups store-bought pizza sauce
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Combine the sieved all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, active dry yeast, and water
Mix it well
Add olive oil and mix it thoroughly to make a round dough
Rest the dough for 25 minutes till it doubles its size
Grease your palms with olive oil and spread out the dough gently to fill the pan
Add parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese to the base
Smear the pizza sauce over the cheese
Put another coating of cheese
Put it in a preheated oven of 200°C for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted
Slice it and garnish with basil leaves
