The trailer mainly shows off its lead stars Dwayne Johnson and Zac Effron and Priyanka is seen in a low-cut, figure-hugging top drinking a glass of champagne as she walks.
In the film, which is slated to release on May 26 next year, Priyanka is playing a negative role named Victoria Leeds.
Baywatch, directed by Seth Gordon, is the movie reboot of the 1990s television series with the same name.
The movie also features Alexandra Daddario, Kelly Rohrbach, Ilfenesh Hadera, Jon Bass, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson.
