MG Sreekumar loves playing the bad guy

M.G. Sreekumar is no longer that warm-smiling 'Sreekkuttan' Malayalam audience are familiar with. With his appearance as a gangster in a short film called 'MN Nambiarkku Balan K Nairil Sambhavichath', Kerala's ever-pleasant playback singer has undergone a cut throat make-over. With a dapper mustache and tight held pistol, Sreekumar shouts out his versatility across multiple realms.

“People ask me about my onscreen appearance as a 'kalippu goon.' Yes, here I come as a gangster. Support me or else face the fiery consequences.

“This is just a 20-minute-long short film. More are on wait,” he warns the Malayalam audience.

Commenting on the many trolls that came up on the film's first look poster, Sreekumar told Onmanorama that he has saved all those on his phone and often laugh out his stomach reading those.
