Dulquer Salmaan's Kali first look is out and there is no trace of anger, fury or rage in it as the title suggests. Instead, it looks like a Valentine's Day greeting card — carrying an aura of love.
The Kali first look — two lovers lost in their own world — is for the romantics in us — Sai Pallavi and Dulquer are in a forehead-lock with a gentle smile that talks volumes about the happiness of being together with your loved one; the joy is spilling out of their smoothly dropped eyelids.
However, the way the title Kali is written, at the bottom of the poster, makes one cautious about the world in the movie beyond the cocoon of love that Sai and Dulquer are seen in. Someone has drawn the two-letter word title using a broad brush inked in purpose — there are tendrils flowing from each letter that entwine with each other thickening the plot.
Dulquer posted the first look on his Facebook wall with a description playing on the numbers — "first look of his second film with director Sameer Thahir which was released on February 3 marking his fourth year in the industry". Way to go friend, way to go!
