Earlier, the betrothal took place at St Joseph Church, Kalamasserry and was also followed by a reception.
Sruthi Jose known as Sruthi Lakshmi made her debut in acting through the Television serial 'Nizhalukal'. She acted in the movie Varnakazhchakal as a child artiste and her latest film was Mammootty-starrer Pathemari.
She has also done notable roles in Dileep's Romeo, Mohanlal-starrer College Kumaran, and Hotel California.
